✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in compliance with EU Consumer Protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

✅ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

• Refunds are made through the original payment method.

• If the product is defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund.

• In cases of buyer’s remorse or change of mind, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

✅ Non-returnable Items

• Clearance or promotional items (unless defective).

• Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
